We started Codioo because we'd been on the other side. Engineers inside startups watching agencies deliver late, over budget, and underspecified. We knew it could be done right.
Founded in 2019 out of Frustration
After years working inside engineering teams at growth-stage startups, our founders kept running into the same problem: the agency or contractor they hired could not match the quality bar of a real engineering team.
So we built Codioo to be what did not exist: an external engineering team that thinks, builds, and delivers like an internal one, with clear accountability and senior execution.
